Drivers can reach the MediaPark from the nearby motorway exit and have over 2,500 underground parking spaces at their disposal. From the A57 follow signs for Köln-Zentrum, then for MediaPark.
The entrance to the underground access road is directly behind the railway bridge in Erftstraße. From there, drive into the MediaPark underground car park and then into the Parkhaus Zentral – PZ underground car park.
Alternatively use the entrance at the Cinedom (corner Am Kümpchenshof / Maybachstraße). In addition to the entrance to the central underground car park (Parkhaus Zentral – PZ) there is also an entrance to the underground access road. Maximum vehicle height in the multi-storey car park is 2.00 m. The parking costs are 1.50 € per hour. We offer our customers discounted parking tickets.
The staircase at the orange ticket payment area in the PZ is directly in front of the KOMED building, Im MediaPark 7, and via the blue ticket payment area you reach the building Im MediaPark 6.
If you are using a sat nav, please enter the address “Maybachstraße 10” and follow the parking instructions for MediaPark.
Please note that the MediaPark is located in the Cologne low emission zone. Since 01.07.2014 this is restricted to vehicles displaying a green Euro 4 sticker.
For deliveries by car, please use the underground access road and drive up to KOMED-Haus, Im MediaPark 7. An elevator leads from the delivery area to the ground floor of KOMED-Haus.
not exceeding 10 m long or over 3.80 m high or passenger cars higher than 2.00 m height.
For deliveries we recommend using the Erftstraße access road, since Cinedom entrance has a height restriction. On the A57 follow signs for Köln-Zentrum, at the end of the motorway get into the middle lane and follow it to the traffic lights and exit where it says Zentrum. Under the railway bridge turn left into the tunnel to Ringstraße MediaPark. Underground you will first see the NH-Hotel and the KölnTurm on the left, then the KOMED building (also SK Stiftung Kultur) with its orange-green wall (Im MediaPark 7). Behind it is the delivery entrance for building 7. You will find the delivery entrance for building 6 directly next to the colourful graffiti wall.
If underground delivery is not possible, it is possible to make the delivery above ground by crossing the square. A separate permit is required for this. Please contact us.
